Ladera Home & Design is led by owner Brian Biglin, a detail-obsessed builder who treats every project as if it were his own home. His work results in elevated, modern spaces that still feel warm and livable, with an uncompromising focus on quality and craftsmanship.
Brian’s approach is rooted in true craftsmanship. He began as a furniture maker, working in stain-grade woods like cherry, walnut, and oak, where there’s no paint to hide mistakes and every detail matters. That early discipline shaped the way he builds today, bringing a deep respect for precision, materials, and thoughtful design to every project.
Today, Brian brings that furniture-maker’s eye to everything Ladera Home & Design creates, from custom built-ins and cabinetry to plaster finishes and textured walls. Each project is fully finished, intentionally executed, and built to last.
